This panoramic
photograph features a downtown twilight view of Memphis and the
Mississippi River. On the left is the Hernando DeSoto Bridge
with the Pyramid Arena to its right. The bright lights on the
right side of the city are from AutoZone Park, home to the
Memphis Redbirds baseball team. Further right is the
domed-roofed Fedex Forum, home to the Memphis Grizzlies
basketball team. The annual Memphis in May International
Festival, which includes live music and a barbeque cooking
contest, is held along the banks of the Mississippi River.
